1 Bedroom Apartment in Riverside, Windsor

Comfortable home away from home in East Windsor hub called Riverside. Lovely quiet neighbourhood but 12 minutes to Walkerville and all the cool places to visit. Two blocks from the river with beautiful views of Detroit skyline. In the summer there’s an oasis pool area surrounded by privacy and exotic plants. Two gazebos. Large seating areas and a fire pit and use of bbq.
We are very clean and conscientious about the pandemic. We have no guests in our living space and are triple vaccinated. We expect the same in visitors and require proof.
The space is a separate basement apartment with coffee maker. Microwave. Slow cooker. Kettle. Small fridge. Full bathroom. One bedroom with queen bed. Living room and kitchenette area.
