Summary: Nice house, plenty of sleeping options, nice setting on the river, good location close to golf courses. House was nice and clean however the back porch and deck had not been cleaned of leaves/sticks etc. Also, the cover to the hot tub is heavy and difficult to move unless we had a couple strong guys to open and close so we didn't use it. I believe the assist springs for the cover are broken/missing.
