Craftsman style single family house in the heart of Ontario. Three minutes away from I-10 freeway. Few minutes walking to Ontario downtown for food, shopping and gym. Newly remodeled with three bedroom one bath. Each room has a queen size memory foam bed. 65 inch Samsung Curved TV. Smart lock for self checkin (unique password). 500M high speed internet. Per insurance’s request, security cameras are install on the outside.
Provide basic beddings. One towel per guest. Toilet paper, paper towel, microwave, oven, coffee machine, silverware, cups, body wash and shampoo.
Room 1: Queen bed 8 inches thick memory foam. 47 inches desk.
Room 2: Queen bed 8 inches thick memory foam. Walk-in closet.
Room 3: Queen bed 8 inches thick memory foam. Walk-in closet.
Newly remodeled open kitchen with lightly used gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker, water kettle, blender. There are supplement papers trash bags and fire extinguisher.
Beautiful backyard: picnic table for 6, reclined chairs
Garage is not available. It is for storage purpose. Driveway has 3 parking spot
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please do not use the exterior amenities during that time. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and they might complain to the police. If situation like this happened, the host have the right the cancel the reservation without refund.
Entire home, front and back yard. Up to four cars can be parked at the driveway. Parking on the street during 9-5 Monday to Friday requires a permit.
All surface tops appliances are wiped down and sanitized with Lysol disinfectant.
Beddings are washed with Lysol Sanitizer.
All silverware, utensils and plates are washed twice and disinfected.

Summary: Beautiful updated craftsman house in an old, quiet neighborhood. Best for a low key group looking for.a homey crash pad. Very spacious and well appointed. Close to Ontario Airport and the Claremont colleges, so perfect for visiting kiddos in college and easy Lyft ride to ONT. Would rent again.
