This cozy, 3BR apartment, a true Urban Escape nestled within the quiet residential heart of Sugar House, is perfect for singles, families, skiers, remote workers, and couples. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of returning to your own home after spending a day at one of Utah’s 6 world-class ski resorts (just 30 min. away)!
The property features self-check-in, new luxury furnishings (including premium mattresses for the best night's rest) high-speed WiFi, SmartTV, ample street parking, and a large private laundry room with ample space for storing ski gear and outdoor supplies.
The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed w/brand-new, top-rated "DreamCloud" hybrid mattress & storage drawers, closet, full-length mirror, and wooden Victorian doors that close to create privacy or open up into the living room (please note that there is a shared wall with the adjacent duplex apartment, but the sound transfer is minimal to none).
The living room features comfortable seating including a large, leather motorized recliner, plush chair, huge leather ottoman, and a brand new, 5-star Apt2B sleeper sofa that can transform the area into an additional, semi-private bedroom complete with a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney, etc.) and plenty of books and games in the cabinet that will entertain old and young alike.
The bathroom is filled with luxury towels and washroom supplies to ensure that your shower or bath is satisfactory, and the cozy yet complete, fully-stocked kitchen has all of the amenities you need (fridge, oven, and microwave), except, perhaps a dishwasher (please wash your dishes after use).
The second bedroom is perfect for kiddos, teens, and the adventurous sleeper who can appreciate the fun of sleeping in a Twin XL bunk bed (with trundle for a 3-person sleepover style night). There is also a closet, dresser, two nightstands, and a children's art table (or very short desk) with two wooden seats.
The side entrance mudroom leads upstairs into the kitchen and downstairs to the second floor. I recommend hanging your coats on the wall hooks and shedding your wet ski gear here in the large copper hamper but store your ski gear downstairs in the laundry room.
The downstairs hallway leads to the door of the laundry room and the door of the third bedroom. Sleepers here will also enjoy a new, full-size version, of "DreamCloud" mattress (rated #2 on BuyersGuide.org), and remote workers will appreciate the corner desk and downstairs privacy. There is also a large closet, two nightstands, a standing mirror, and ample storage space.
You'll have your own washer and dryer in the large downstairs laundry room, and skiers/outdoor adventurers will appreciate drying, washing, and storing their gear here during the stay.
