Summary: When we arrived at our room, the door was propped open, the window was open, and a fan was running inside. Inside the room it smelled awful, like a sour smell but also musty, like there had been water damage that wasn't cleaned up properly. We asked the desk, who told us they knew nothing about a smell, which I absolutely do not believe considering it seemed like they were airing out the room when we arrived. The hallways on the second floor also smelled STRONGLY of marijuana the entire time we were there. The desk person who checked us in was very friendly, although very unhelpful with the smells. The person at the desk when we checked out was very rude though. I mentioned the room odor to her, not trying to get anything out of it but with hopes that it could be remedied before the next person checked in, and she argued with me that I should have reported it the night before (which I did) and that we would be charged an additional fee if it was fine we damaged the room/caused the smell.
