Maps may not have the most updated photos. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security.Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $50. Early check-in time is 2pm or earlier.Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Terminal street or Avenue Q.This unit is located in the front of the property. Pets are allowed. 25 pounds or less, the pet fee is $25 per night per pet. 26 pounds and over, the pet fee starts at $50 per night per pet. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space.
