The Space:
If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, this is it! You’ll be within walking distance from the beach, the water, and the famous Malecón seaside promenade! This is the perfect home base to experience the best that this amazing city has to offer, such as local restaurants that serve fresh-caught seafood, the local markets, shopping, and a plethora of fun activities.
Step inside to find an open living space, a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for relaxing downtime moments. You’ll also have a fully-equipped kitchen with all you’d need to prepare meals at home and a cute breakfast bar at the center island with 2 stools. You can dine at home at the table for 6, which also makes a nice laptop workspace if needed, too.
There are 3 bedrooms, all on the second floor, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 8 guests as such:

Outside, you’ll find a wonderful covered patio that leads out to the swimming pool and sun deck. This is a private area just for our guests. So jump in and cool off when needed!

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the city center (Zona Central), just steps from the water and about 1.6 km | 1 mile from the seaside promenade (Malecón), where you can explore a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Plus, easy access to supermarkets nearby to cook at home. Our recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro. Our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.
Getting Around:
The home is about 9.7 km |6 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages. At times, you may be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment with the water shortage. Please use water consciously, turn it off when not needed, and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet if needed. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower as you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the toilet). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
The oven is currently not functioning and has been disconnected until further notice.
On Mondays and Thursdays, pool maintenance will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. In each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and beach and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
There is a penalty of $20 USD for late check-outs.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please keep in mind there’s a potential for some noise from the kids' school next door.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras facing the outside areas of the property. These are strictly for guest safety and security purposes.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
