There are two small bedrooms with closet/drawer space. The bathroom has plenty of counter space but the shower is on the smaller size. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the wood fireplace, tv/dvd player and an ongoing puzzle to finish. Outside enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views under the pergola or around the firepit. Depending on the time of year, there is a beach resort down the road that offers day passes to the beach/boat rental. There is also a public boat launch for Waitts Lake. There are plenty of ATV trails on the mountain or drive up and catch the views of the sunrise/sunset. Grocery/Post Office/Bar are within 5 mins from the house or you can go into a couple different towns within 20 mins for restaurants and shopping. 49 Degrees North Ski Mountain is within 30 mins for some great hiking or night skiing.
