Private bedroom + private bath, sequestered for your sole use, and ultimate privacy. It’s fully equipped with a Queen Tempurpedic bed, computer desk, ergo chair, and a huge closet. Full bath offers it’s own dedicated textiles, soaps, and shower/shampoos for your convenience.
This suite is located in my home, and I am a full time resident (and my two cats). I will be the only other person living here (unlike those who have converted every space in their home for this purpose).
You will have full access to the common areas: kitchen, dining, living room, pantry/laundry, etc. I keep a well appointed kitchen, so please feel free to utilize the kitchen to cook.
There is a washer/dryer set in my home, which you are also free to use. High speed WiFi is available and no cost for you to use during your stay. There is also an outdoor salt-pool which is heated year round. Across the street is a gym, which you may utilize also at no cost.
Very conveniently located to many high tech offices, and shopping, plus Santa Clara University is just 2 blocks away. The public transportation center (bus, Caltrain, Amtrak) is 3 blocks away - and it offers a free shuttle to/from the San Jose airport.
Shuttle stops to fb/insta, Apple Park, Cisco Sys, Tesla auto, Nvidia, and the numerous google campuses, are all within a 5 block radius.
It’s a good walking neighborhood, with a mini-mall, fast food, sit down food, bars, and gastropubs all in a 5-6 block radius.
