House Rules: One Stop Roatan Vacations Rentals team gives you a warm welcome! “OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE YOUR RENTAL EXPERIENCE A PLEASANT ONE” check-in time 3 pm - check-out time 11 am (charges apply for different time requests) We also recommend passing by the supermarket before arrival at the villa. 1. There is no damage deposit, please be careful with the whole owner's home (charges may apply for damages found at the check out). 2. No parties, business for profit shall be conducted from the residence that creates undue traffic and/or parking issues. 3. Renters shall at all times be in control of their guests and not allow loud music or any other disturbances that would be considered a nuisance to residents or other renters around. 4. Renters shall remove any trash or debris on their property promptly and keep the property clean. 5. If something happens, please report back to us at the moment, communication is the key to avoiding misunderstandings. 6. All guests in the community pool area shall abide by posted pool rules (when applicable) 7. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00 PM to 8:00 am. Please be respectful of other guests and residents. 8. No subletting allowed. 9. Be aware that at any time owners or HOA managers can call the police or BullDog Security to remedy the situation if one arises. 10. Clean as you go is much appreciated. 11. Share this important information with the rest of your party. 12. Tip to the cleaning team is welcome. 13. We provide the basic welcome kit, we suggest collecting the items of your preference in your shopping. 14. The electricity is private on the island, making everything more expensive. Help us to keep the prices low and not to charge by turning off all the a/c units and lights when you are not in the villa and or if you have the doors open. Likewise, water is precious on the island, use it wisely. We truly appreciate it if you do. Is your vacation home! Thank you. 15. We strongly recommend leaving the keys back in the lockbox (when apply) every time you go out. 16. Remember to leave the sand at the beach, not inside the Villa, we provide water buckets at the entrance for your convenience. 17. For your safety, do not carry glasses to the pool area (when applicable) ABOVE ALL ELSE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY SO THAT EVERYONE ENJOYS THEIR STAY!!!
