Two spacious living areas open through to the kitchen and dining, making it simple to gather for family time and shared meals. The dining table seats ten, perfect for long dinners together, while the kitchen is well-equipped with generous bench space, four stools for casual chats, an air fryer, a Breville espresso coffee machine, microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The billiard room sits just off the living area, with sliding doors that can be closed for games nights or opened up to flow out to the pool. The kitchen also opens directly to the pool area, while the dining room has sliding doors onto the undercover BBQ and alfresco.
