Summary: Staff was great. I don’t like the fact that after 5 there’s no one on the front desk in case something happens or you need something. We had an issue by the pool; there was a group of adults with loud speakers and obnoxious music playing and taking over the only shallow parts of the pool where the kids were at. On top of that drunk and making out; and of course there was no one to complain to. Great place but to be honest not safe or family friendly if you go with your kids. Also the parking issue is not very clear when you book through hotels.com
