Summary: Front desk was great! Housekeeping was great! Great location. "Restaurant" was lacking. It was not a restaurant. Just served pastries in the morning. I've never stayed at a hotel where the coffee wasn't complimentary-until here. Even the Pod on 39th had complimentary coffee and filtered water. Also the Pod 39 serves actual food in the evening at the restaurant.
