This spacious home offers three bedrooms, two additional bonus rooms with beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a bright dining and sunroom, a cozy family room, and two full bathrooms. Guests will also enjoy the ultimate spa experience along with a mega game room that promises entertainment for all ages.
On the ground floor, you will find the ultimate game room featuring a lounge area, pool table, ping pong, foosball, smart TV, table and chairs, poker set and tabletop, plus a collection of board games, card games, puzzles, and books. This level also includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a bonus room with another queen bed, and a family room with a bunk bed for lounging and relaxing. A sliding door from the family room opens to the patio and spa area, making it easy to step right into relaxation.
The second floor features a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen with a funky, colorful interior design, smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The bright, heated sunroom is perfect for family gatherings or group dinners, as it fills the space with natural light and provides plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Also on this floor are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen, as well as a bonus room with two kid-sized beds and a full bathroom.
