Beautifully appointed villa in one of Bayside Resort Golf Club's newest community, Heron's Ridge at Bayside. This villa boasts three bedrooms with a first-floor master suite (two queen beds and two bunk beds) and 2.5 baths with approximately 1900 sq ft of living space with hardwood floors on the main level. Three 55" (4K Smart LED HDTV). Internet included.
First-floor laundry room with washer and dryer, including all essentials such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer. For your convenience and visit to the beach, the villa includes beach chairs and two umbrellas.
Villa includes screened porch (14' x 10'). Community amenities include pool, fitness center, clubhouse, kayak launch area, restaurants, tennis, basketball, a pier for crabbing.
