This one bedroom cottage is located in the desirable Pleasure Point area to the east of Santa Cruz; a bustling, booming little beach zone suitable for old and young alike! Short-term Rental Permit #221263.
Ideally situated just two blocks from the beach, this Pleasure Point cottage is fully furnished. The attached beach cottage will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before you arrive! The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and cookware. The bedroom has a queen-size bed complete with fresh linens. The bathroom has a shower with towels and soap. Please note, the living room lounge area and bed are in one big open room with a sliding glass door leading to private backyard with a BBQ grill and table. The kitchen and dining area are in a separate room.
All of the utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, gardener, barbecue, and a shared non-coin-op laundry room are provided.
This attached cottage is part of a triplex that features off-street parking on a stamped concrete driveway and its own private, fenced yard. Yes, your dog is welcome for a one-time $50 pet-fee. The laundry room and and parking areas are shared with two other cottages.
