Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The male owner was nice and tried to make it work by opening up the shower room for me at night and in the morning. He made the stay pleasant enough. The location of the house and surroundings are beautiful and skiing in the area is great after all.

Negative: It got advertised as hotel but it’s really a B&B. Shower schedule and house rules are ridiculous and were not advised on booking.com in clear enough detail. Shower schedule: no showers before 3pm and after 9pm so after night skiing or a late meal you’ll hit the sack smelly and sticky. Forget the late meal anyway because after 10pm you’ll be locked out of the house according to the house rules. Female owner was uncharacteristically direct and outright rude when I asked why I have to leave behind my key and how I would be able to shower in the morning. ‘My house, my rules’ was her response. That’s great as long as you advertise them! Then it’s up to the customer if they want to book or not.
