Summary: Pros Location Clean bathroom and lovely white towels Early check in compared to most properties Staff efficient. Comfortable bed Bathtub a big plus Cons Room very hot on arrival Opened window and smell outside resembled weed (not hotels fault) I didn’t know there was a kettle until I searched through the room. Might be worth mentioning it on check-in No hair conditioner. Tricky when you are already in the shower. Lots of waiting at elevator. Staff efficient and effective, not much eye contact or smiles on check in. Breakfast adequate, but very busy at 8am. Consider a booking system to keep numbers spread out?
