Positive: The location of the terrace was perfect. The checkin was straight forward too
Negative: The place had a distinct musty / cat wee smell - I think the carpets and rugs need a steam clean. There were cobwebs on bedside lamps and shelves and a few dead cockroaches etc - the entire place would benefit from a proper clean. Some of the furniture is very stained / worn ie. dining chair fabric totally worn through with holes, stains in all the couches. There is a lot of clutter and owner’s possessions including personal mail, towels, shoes and an old TVs in the back room etc.
Summary: Great location but needs a good clean
