Positive: This was an apartment, so we were on our own for everything. It was a very beautiful place. The location was nice and quiet, except for the animals and such. It was a very secluded location, which was nice for us. The apartment had everything needed, except for an iron. The structure was well build and all the wood from ceiling to floor was wonderful.
Negative: The overall cleanliness was overlooked. Cobwebs, dust, dog hair on the furniture and throws, the balcony was given no attention. It was full of debris and cobweb. We couldn't use it. Stains on the pillows and on a throw. Water & ice dispenser was not cleaned. You could see white gunk on it. Big dust balls under the master bed with a crimped up napkin or sort. Ornament on the kitchen countertop had dusts built up on it and a cobweb stringing from it to the window it was near. When these issues were brought to the attention of the contact person, there was an adamant response x's 2 that the place was thoroughly cleaned. The sheet and pillowcases on the master bed, apparently was not changed because it smelled like human scent. Even when it was removed (by me) and put in the washer, the smell was very strong. The main door to the apartment however, is not properly hung and when the other apartment door is opened or closed, it shakes enough to make you jump out of your skin. We were not told originally, that there were dogs on the premises (someone might be allergic)
Summary: I enjoy the location and apartment itself.
