Our 2nd floor 2/2 condo is surrounded by two lush 18 hole championship golf courses, 9 swimming pools, Har-tru tennis courts, bocce area, brand new lighted pickleball center with 12 courts and the on site19th hole restaurant. Relax inside with new AC, fully stocked kitchen, new king and queen beds, new 2024 huge couchs and dining area. Full lanai overlooks 10th hole tee box. King bed in master, Queen bed in second bedroom. lots of closets and storage space. All towels, bedding and sheets provided. Condo has great WIFI and 3 new smart TVs with cable and You tube tv with access to all streaming devices.

Our condo is in the heart of everything. Walk across the street to the 12 court brand new lighted pickleball center, 2 - 18 hole championship golf courses, Har-tru court tennis center, huge main pool area with seating and of course the indoor or outdoor dining at 19th hole restaurant and bar.
