Need a quiet get-a-away with Peaceful, Serene Views? Look no further!! No tourist-trap here with this 1 bedroom secluded Villa on the Bay/Lagoon by the Bay Point Marina, Sheraton and Marriott located on "The Point" within Bay Point's upscale neighborhood. This property is for the Painter, the Writer, the Couple that needs some peace and quiet or the Individual that needs to unwind and take a breather...there is cable and highspeed Wi-Fi though if work is a must ;) Large grassy area at waters edge and 2 boardwalks with panoramic Lagoon Views and of the famous St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island views in the distance. Watch the boats hustle to catch dinner or travel to and from Shell Island for the day. A 7 minute walk to Sheraton's amazing restaurants/bar/Spa and 12 minute walk out to Pelicans Bar and Grill on the Point (a must do!). You will never want to leave!! Bay View Villas is a quiet area...no pools and not many vacation rentals so not active with tourists but you can be within the hustle and bustle within minutes either at Sheraton or the 10 minute drive to the East end of Panama City Beach restaurants/attractions. Bay Point boasts Northwest Florida’s only Nicklaus-designed course. Travel + Leisure Golf named it one of the most worthy re-designs. Play Golf, Tennis, Pickleball or Book a Massage at Serenity Spa at Sheraton. Sheraton also offers Shell Island Shuttle, Jet Ski and Paddle Board Rentals. This is a 2nd floor villa with no elevator so there are 2 small sets of stairs. Plenty of parking and a boat ramp near by to bring your watercraft. Gated Community requires Reservation Information and ID for entry. Pets are accepted however an additional Pet Deposit will be taken at time of booking and an additional Pet Cleaning Fee. We will need the information on the Pet(s) you are traveling with and will communicate this additional price with you at booking.
