Guests will have private access to the entire of my property along with one parking space.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.

- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door and windows and back door if applicable
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
