Situado en la zona Norte en calle Ribera nº 2, a tan solo sesenta y cinco metros de la arena, y a cuarenta a 65 m. de la arena, a 40 metros del Camping San Vicente y la cervecería Lizarrán. Zona muy tranquila, de poco tráfico, que asegura el descanso.
Apartamento con tres dormitorios (todos con ventilador de techo), un baño completo parcialmente reformado, aseo-ducha, cocina independiente, salón comedor que tiene salida a la terraza principal (con toldo) de orientación Este frontal al mar, desde esta hay unas fabulosas vistas panorámicas al Mediterráneo y desde la cual se accede a la terraza superior. Incluye plaza de aparcamiento y servicio WIFI.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! Capacidad 5/6 personas.
A la llegada, tendrá dos opciones, para hacer frente a los posibles desperfectos, o bien, dejar una fianza de 150 € que se le devolverá tras la revisión, o bien, contratar una exención de daños ACCIDENTALES (Seguro) de 28€ no reembolsables.
