Summary: We stayed for one night in 3 rooms. We encountered a strong chlorine odor in two of the rooms, and also found hair all over a supposedly clean bed. Additionally, parking is limited to apparently only 2 cars(we were able to fit 2 cars without bothering the spot that already had been taken), and the specific spot we had requested for accessibility reasons during the reservation process was not available upon arrival. Or I'm not sure if the one that was assigned to us was the accessible spot or not. While not necessarily anyone’s fault, we were woken very early, around 5 a.m. or earlier, by two men speaking loudly outside both rooms on the same floor. A designated quiet time, at least until 6 a.m., would be appreciated. Thanks to the office receptionist for the excellent welcome and for clearly explaining the rules and answering all my questions. Thanks to the breakfast waitress who gave us excellent service in the morning.
