Located on the East side of Bend in a well established neighborhood you will enjoy the close proximity to shopping as well as a variety of Restaurants and Breweries. With plenty of room to spread out indoors and private outdoor areas to relax, it is the perfect place to return to after your adventurous days in Bend.
Our High Desert Home is a well equipped 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 8 plus 2 roll away beds. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook, bake and BBQ outback with a Keurig coffee station. For families with young children, you’ll have a high chair, pack n play, safety gate as well as cupboard locks and outlet covers for added safety. Laundry room is has laundry soap, sewing kit, iron and ironing board for your use and bathrooms are well stocked with towels, TP, hand soap and hair dryer.
Main Level-
You will find a comfortable living room space as you walk into the home on the main level, gas fireplace and a 69 inch smart tv with surround sound bar. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar top. You’ll have no problem feeling at home in the large kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, large pantry, toaster, dishes, stemware, baking and cookware, and coffee bar. The half bath is adjacent to the garage where you will find a ping pong table, electric basketball game, and sleds for the winter months.
Upstairs-
As you reach the top of the stairs, you’re welcomed into an open loft space with a 45 inch smart tv and a variety of games, puzzles, and card games! Off the loft there is a large full bath, a bedroom with two twin beds and two twin trundles as well as a queen size bedroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area and desk for laptop. The laundry room is also upstairs, making the job much more convenient!
Outdoors-
Have your morning coffee at the bistro table on the front porch as the sun comes up. Outback you’ll find private, comfortable seating with table for four as well as a propane BBQ and yard games. The entire home is surrounded by beautiful well kept landscape.
Guest Access
Parking: One car can be parked outside at the back of the home via the alleyway that leads to the garage. Single street parking is also available at the front of the home. Indoor garage parking is allowed although games will need to be moved.
Access to the home will be via smart lock using your personal code provided to you prior to your arrival.
Other Things to Note
There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door as well as a Ring camera on the patio and the Alleyway above the garage. These have video and audio capabilities and are in place for security purposes while the home is vacant.
During the snowy season the front walk and porch will be shoveled on a regular basis as well as the driveway in front of the garage. Additional desired shoveling will be the responsibility of the guest. A snow shovel is provided in the garage.
