Five minutes off of I10, bright, cheery house on a 1 acre corner lot w/spacious circular drive. RV? Boat? ATVs? Bikes? Horse trailer? No HOA= no problem. Gas and groceries 2 minutes away. The perfect location to pit stop on your way to an event or stay for an extended time. EV charging in walking distance, 1 mile away!
A loaf of homemade bread will be on the counter to welcome you to our conveniently located, clean, updated, fully stocked house w/excellent wifi. Pets ok. Busy street nearby, keep an eye on the littles.
The space:
Self check in as late as you’d like with custom code and open the door to vaulted ceilings, and a living room w/wood fireplace. The kitchen has new appliances (2022), and there’s a double oven. The over-sized custom kitchen island w/stools is great to gather around. Swivel the love seat and everyone is together in the open floor plan or around the corner in the living room for more intimate environment. There is a 57 inch smart tv in the family room. Sign in to your favorite streaming apps there.
You’ll have three bedrooms, and the house can sleep 8 in sturdy beds (2 are double beds though, whose sharing?) with fresh NEW mattresses (Oct 2022) and good pillows. There are two full bathrooms, one with tub. (Epson salts included, ahhhh). Master has a tall, double, shower head with removable magnetic wand and excellent water pressure. (No one wants to be dribbled on, right?)
Refresh for the next leg of your trip and help yourself to the washer and dryer (detergent included because who wants to buy that for a short stay, am I right?) Brand new window coverings in EVERY room, 2 inch CORDLESS blinds (so much safer for the toddlers!), ceiling fans throughout and blackout curtains available.
We have great wifi, a designated workspace with a desk (2 outlets and 1 usb port in the desk). There is an air print color printer, too. Yes, you read that right, you may print in color (message me for page limits and access instructions).
Covered patio in front and back. Barrel for bonfires, electric grill in back, misters for hot days or warm nights. Practice sinking a putt, Sundance golf course just a couple miles away. RV’s can enter on side gate and there is wide pole gate off of Watson road available, just ask.
House is 1550 sq ft and stocked with Ninja Duo Brew hot/iced coffee maker, popcorn maker, grill tools, and stuff to make cookies (bring your own eggs and butter). I’m serious, I keep chocolate chips in there because I always wished a host would do that for me.
And you’ll find a towel & washcloth for each guest, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, iron and ironing board, pots, pans, dishes, knives, basic spices.
Unlike most ABNBs in the area, you won’t have to worry about where you park or disturbing the neighbors on either side. Cars can be parked front, side or in back of the property. But no parties, tell your friends to find a venue for that. You don’t have to go home but you can’t do that here.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping ANYTHING INSIDE the house. For gosh sakes, there’s a whole acre, please, step outside onto a covered patio, chillax in one of the rockers or sit at the table under the portico and enjoy the saguaro cactus blossoms, quail, roadrunners and jackrabbits instead. We got it just for you ;) and the sunsets here are BREATHTAKING.
Cleaning things to note: besides the recommended ABNB cleaning guidelines, I do unusual things unlike many hotels or other ABNBs, like wash the comforters, blankets and decorative pillow covers regularly. (gasp!) We wipe surfaces that matter most- the remote controls, doorknobs/handles and light switches down after each guest. Crazy, I know. If you are sensitive to cleaning chemical smells, this is a good place to stay. I'm particular about no chemical cleaning odors.
Cinder block wall around part of the property, pole fencing around the rest. It is not entirely enclosed, so be aware for tiny kiddos and animals. Places to leash your dog outside, including fence around a small tree out back.
Guests access the whole house is available, garage may be possible by request.
Other things to note:
225 outlet for RV, for fee, negotiable. 1 RV parked on property included. Your buddy’s RV’s are $40 extra. Include number of RVs and 5th wheels, horses etc in booking request, so we can approve rather than Instant Book please so we don’t violate county laws.
This house is at an intersection and you will hear vehicles passing.
