Large 28 x14 deck facing the water. 1st floor bedroom and bath, fully equipped new kitchen with Viking gas range, two Viking ovens, opens to the Dining room with large pottery barn table, another family room all on the first floor. Four corner bedrooms with water views, tastefully decorated with quality bedding and high count thread sheets, Tile bath with tub/shower. 3RD floor has a brand new large master bedroom suite (king bed) and tile bath with beautiful marsh and water views. Second floor Bedrooms 3 & 4 now share a new en -suite bathroom with shower... Another second floor bath has tub and shower.... This pleasing beach house is made even more comfortable for you with central air conditioning thru out the 2500 sq ft house .Large yard with fire pit for evening marshmallows while watching the sunset.
