On the first floor you will find:
1) kitchen equipped with: appliances; kitchen utensils, crystal glasses, everyday ceramic dinnerware and English special dinnerware; wood-fired pizza oven, microwave, electric oven, Brastemp fridge / freezer, electric heater and gas heater for bitter cold winter days below freezing.
2) Standard size double sofa bed, 32 "LED TV and DVD.
3) Bathrooms (1 with luxury shower, gas heating in shower and sink and toilet. And the other only with toilet)
On the second floor:
1) Mezzanine with standard double bed with thermal sheet.

There are two access to the mezzanine:
a) Internal access by Santos Dumont stairway with contraindication for the elderly, children under 3 years old and people with walking difficulties.
b) external access through the garden
In VillaMinas space there are two properties (Chalet Loft Gourmet and Yellow House that sleeps up to 6 people) that can be rented separately or together. They are private, independent and approximately 30 m apart.
3- The VillaMinas space has 3500 m2 of garden with hydrangeas, araucarias, squirrels, colorful birds and a crystal clear stream. Outdoor and portable barbecue.
Located in a residential area, surrounded by country properties, hiking trails, horse rentals and local tour guide. Land surrounded by hedge, wooded, outdoor parking, quiet place but with neighborhood for being in a family village of your Benedito, on a dead end road, without traffic. Located 2km from the village of Sao Sebastiao from the 'three ears' where there is a church with a small square and local market and there is also the 'Sabai da Mantiqueira' Bistro with 'Uai Fi' (wifi)
Appliances and similar: refrigerator, cooker 04 burners, microwave, blender, toaster, Nexpresso coffee maker, mixer, fondue pot, Swiss raclette maker, cupcake maker, bread maker, mix, pizza dishes, etc.

Particularities and tips: Here does not pick up another mobile operator except VIVO MG. In GONCALVES there is a Banco do Brasil with ATM that only works until 20:00, there is a Bradesco ATM. Bring cash as some establishments do not accept cards, especially in rural areas. Bring cold clothes even if it's not fall / winter, here at night It's always cold!
If you come by car I suggest that you come by Carvalho Pinto or Dutra, until Taubaté and then take the highway to Campos do Jordão / Sul de Minas. Asphalt to Gonçalves, trip about 3: 30hs, will only take dirt road from Gonçalves to Terra Fria (8km = 15 min strolling). Otherwise you have the path through Fernão Dias, Cambuí (beginning dirt road (about 40km), Bom Jesus stream, Costas neighborhood, Gonçalves and it will be the same travel time.
