Guests must climb about 5 stairs to access the front door.
Please note that the upstairs unit in this duplex has a long-term resident so you may hear everyday/normal “living” noises. Also, the basement, driveway and yard are shared spaces with this upstairs tenant.
There is one parking spot directly in front of the left side of the garage; no large trucks, RVs, or vehicles with trailers, please. Additional vehicles or large vehicles must park on street. (Free all year round).
Wi-Fi, 42” TV, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free for guests during your stay.
We also provide some complimentary basics upon arrival to help you get started like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathrooms. Also, trash bags for each trash bin, and some laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
For stays over 21 nights, there is an additional $49 cleaning fee.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets permitted onsite, in common areas, or in the yard/exterior of the property
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and its large front porch/veranda during your stay. The shared areas (with the upstairs unit) of the home are the driveway, backyard, and basement with a washer and dryer.
