The upper most level features the best views, and a gourmet kitchen open to the large family room with gas fireplace & an 80” UHDTV. The adjacent family / dining room and balcony (with gas fire pit) make this space perfect for family enjoyment & entertaining.
Mid level provides the master bedroom with ocean view, large balcony, HDTV, custom bath (separate bath and shower), & an office space. 2nd bedroom has a king bed & a queen bed in the loft area capable of sleeping 4 total as well as its own bath. Laundry on this level as well.
The first level provides a unique & fabulous entertaining room / 3rd bedroom, surrounded by large glass doors on two sides that can lift fully to provide a feeling of outdoor, yet private living & ocean breezes. There is a fold away queen bed in this room. This room also features a 65 inch 4kTV. There’s a beautiful atrium and large back yard with another fire pit and Big Green Egg.
