This 4 bedroom home is situated down a quiet cul de sac in Port Fairy's South Beach. All 4 bedrooms can be found downstairs, the first is the spacious master suite with King bed, walk in robes and ensuite. The ensuite contains a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a set of bunks, the third 2 king singles (these can be combined into a king please call the office if you require this at least 48hrs prior to your check in day and the final bedroom has a Queen bed. The main bathroom can also be found downstairs which contains a large walk in shower and separate bath.
There is a second living space downstairs with TV, perfect for putting the kids in the evening. Off this living space you will find a little sun trap with seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or tuck yourself up with a good book and glass of wine. Take a little bit of time for yourself! From here you can access the back garden which comes with its own cubby and plenty of grassy space for a kick about. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and seating, enjoy summer BBQs or dinner outside on those mild winter evenings.
The upstairs is the highlight of this home, you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining and double living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, dishwasher, large oven and plenty of counter space. There is also a separate powder room off the back of the kitchen.
The first living space contains a large screen TV and spacious seating for those quiet movie nights after a busy day on the beach. There is a system to cool and heat this area. In between the 2 living areas is the dining table with seating for 8 and then to the front living space. From here enjoy spectacular 180 views of South Beach and the rural aspect that surrounds the property that really cannot be beaten.
The almost floor or ceiling windows fill the room with light and allow you to fully immerse yourself in these spectacular views. Relax on the large L shaped sofa and catch up with friends and family with the ever changing view. Even better in winter when the central heating means you can enjoy watching the wild winters from the comfort and warmth of your home.
