Positive: modern cozy cabin in central location for all the surf spots. away from the hustle and bustle of Ericeira and close by to quieter Ribamar with everything you need

Negative: it seems like a never cabin and there could be a bit more shade, but planst and trees are already planted and should take car of this in a bit :-)
