Positive: Clean and practical

Negative: Lots of messages communication from the hotel, making it a bit confusing. It was my first night in Japan after a late afternoon arrival. So I didn't know my mobile data situation on arrival (aka if I could get a sim card), so the fact that it was a "non face-to-face" checking, with check-in from your phone from the properties, induced a bdt of stress (I had picked an hotel to easy checkin, and didn't see that this one had no reception). The person in the chat was really helpful, and in the end, no phone connection needed, as there is a tablet at the entrance for the checkin. So again, a lot of information, but a bit unclear
