Looking for a unique, comfortable place to stay? Heart of Paso Robles is located in the California Central Coast wine country. It is a three bedroom, two bath house with a large, functional kitchen and spacious living room. Entertain the family with our new game room, complete with a pool table and ping pong! Outside, enjoy a lovely day swimming in the pool and an evening lounging around the fire pit and tiki bar. Relax in the spa, located in a private corner just outside your bedroom door.
We have two additional bedrooms in the game house that sleep an additional four guests. Please notify us if you would like these rooms unlocked, it is $50 per guest per night over 8, as well as a $100 cleaning fee.
Please notify us if you would like the pool heated, there is a $600 propane charge.
Please note the following Health & Safety points:
• Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
• Security cameras/audio recording devices
• Must climb stairs - The house is on a foundation and has a few steps up
• Potential for noise- The house is close to the freeway
• Home is not suitable for children due to the lack of gate around the pool and expensive furnishings / décor
