***We listed Brooke Nook as an "entire place" over "private room" as it is more than a private room in a house. It is part of the footprint of the house but we have set it up so you are completely self contained with private entrance, 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and private patio and separated by a permanently locked solid wood door so you don't have any interaction with hosts in the house. However, you CAN hear the activities in the house.
1st Bedroom has queen bed with chic barn decor with a kitchenette for casual breakfast and beverage prep. Lay in bed or sit enjoying your evening/morning with the french slider opened to the twinkle lit courtyard. *outdoor lights are on timer & go off at 10:30pm. Please let us know if you’d like us to adjust the time
2nd Bedroom can be used as living room and/or used to sleep 2 on twin built in beds. TV and DVD player. Smart tv: plays Netflix. Screen mirroring compatible with smart phones & laptops. HDMI cable provided.
Circus tent for toddlers/young kids *must be requested prior to arrival.
Private bathroom with a shower & tub.
Kitchenette includes microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffee pot, French press, tea pot, teas & coffee.
Brooke Nook is fully contained and separated from the main part of the house by a simi-permanent wall for your privacy, giving you the feeling of your own space. *please note: you can hear main household activity.
PETS****We allow 1 dog but require you pay $40 a night which will be billed separately after you reserve.
Please take dogs out front for their walks/potty breaks. It’s a nice street to walk them on (1 mile loop). We offer our yard for relaxing, pool, spa & fire pit for our guests. No dogs in pool or common areas please.
We only allow guests that are booked on the property. No day time guests or visitors. Not a flexible or negotiable rule.
