Summary: The staff were amazing. Friendly and informative. However, the penthouse could have been cleaner. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept in a while. The tub was dirty and had to be cleaned before using. And the tub also doesn’t drain properly. The bathroom ceiling leaks water throughout the day as well.
