Cozy house with 5 double beds and 1 queen size sofa bed. Neighborhood is mostly hispanic, very nice and kind people. Fruit trees in back yard. There is also an ADU in a shared backyard. House is close to Edison Park with lots of free amusements.

Summary: The house itself is in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet. The parking space is a bit hard to get into so if you have anything bigger than a sedan or a small SUV keep that in mind. (we had a truck) The house is an older home but both bathrooms and the kitchen were remodeled. FYI The two first pictures on the listing are not current. Two of the rooms had 2 full size beds each and one room had 1 full bed. The bed sheets were clean, and they have extra pillows and blankets available. They do provide towels. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. There is a smaller house in the back but the neighbors were very quiet and didn’t seem like they were there at all. The house itself can be a little cleaner inside and out. The hall bathroom had the toilet paper holder ripped off the wall and it was sitting in the shelf in the bathroom. They do have big writing on the walls in both bathrooms saying “no flushing wipes or diapers in toilet.” Which is fine but a sign would look nicer rather than writing on the wall. All of furniture is older but I’m sure they will update it as they go. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad just a few issues with the home but since we were there 2 nights it didn’t bother us too too much.
