The house is located five minutes from downtown Gulfport where you will find restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops and night life. A short walk to a public park . There is a large front porch with table and chairs for four as well as a grill for cooking out while enjoying the gulf breeze or overlooking the 200 year old Spanish live oaks.
The living room has a great view of the porch with plenty of natural light - there is a leather couch and two leather reclining chairs along with a 42 inch flat-screen TV with Netflix. Spend your time enjoying a movie or conversing with your guests.
A well-equipped kitchen features a 4-burner electric stove top and oven, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, pots and pans; dishwasher and microwave. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and offers a 100 year old French country dining table that can seat six.
