Built in 2022, this two-story home sits in a secluded forest clearing about four miles southwest of downtown Bethel. Sparrowhawk Orchard is right across the road, offering a wonderful spot to pick flowers and apples in season. When it's time to get out and explore, spend a day at Gould Pine Hill Trails for mountain biking (2.5 miles), Carter's XC Ski Center (four miles), Mt. Abram Ski Area (10 miles), or Sunday River Resort (11 miles north), or follow the Androscoggin River into New Hampshire to brave the Mount Washington Auto Road (30 miles).
After a beautiful day in the great outdoors, come home to make the most of this picturesque piece of property. Get the gas grill going for a summer barbecue, watch your kids play tag in the grass, and cap the evening with dessert on the deck and a soothing soak in the hot tub.
