Positive: New apartment, very good communication with owner, private parking in the yard, very good price.
Negative: Noisy. Loud music from the restaurant below till midnight, also window in one of the bedrooms does not close tight, so noise from the busy street is very present. However, we have somehow expected this given the location of the apartment.
Summary: Good apartment, but a bit noisy
