Located 5 minutes from Uptown and Deep Ellum/downtown. This Brand New construction home is a perfect Luxury getaway right in the heart of Dallas. Tons of space, open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of natural lighting, custom furniture, and interior design, 5 spacious bedrooms, large fully equipped gas kitchen, big open backyard with fire pit and grill, and Smart TV's spread throughout the house and bedrooms for streaming your favorite apps and shows along with high-speed WIFI.
The space
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms (2 kings, 4 queens). Brand new appliances throughout this new construction home with a Large Kitchen, Spacious Spa-Like Master Bedroom Bathroom. Separate washroom for the Washer/Dryer and Storage.
The home has had the interior design done by a professional designer with custom artwork and furniture, giving the space a uniquely modern yet classic vibe. Photoshoots are welcome! Plenty of street parking is available, with a large driveway and a two-car garage.
House Rules:
No unauthorized parties are allowed. Please message me for special exceptions and rates.
All guests in the house must be on the reservation. Any unauthorized guests, parties, or events thrown can result in the cancellation of your reservation.
After your checkout, if we notice any breaking house rules, such as throwing parties or gathering and inviting/bringing guests outside of the original guest list, will result in a $500 violation fee.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will not be meeting with your host.
You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival and that you are capable of following the instructions.
After checking in, please report if anything is damaged or missing. If nothing is reported and items are found to be damaged or missing after checkout, you may be held liable to fix or replace said items.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only outside, but illegal substances are not allowed.
There will be a $300 per day charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke, weed, hookah, or having an animal on the property.
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, which are enforced.
The property should be in a similar condition when you checked in. If the property is excessively dirty and trash ridden, an extra fee will be assessed up to $500
Vomit will result in a $200 clean-up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.
"Suitable for infants" and "Suitable for children" means they are more than welcome on the property, but there are no toys, and the property is not baby-proofed.
Check-out would be at 10 Am, with a $50 charge for every hour past 10.
No decorations are allowed (to prevent wall damage)
