Enter the home and you are surrounded by the warm wood paneling of a vintage Cape vacation but with the modern accents provided by high end design studio, Elder and Ash. Emotional nostalgia and efficient convenience symbiotically swirl together to set the scene for your memories.
With comfortable seating and streaming light, the living room offers a comfortable space within which you can relax with family or friends. Gather together to stream your favorite content on the TV or snuggle in the Fall in front of the gas fireplace - the room welcomes you to create your own enjoyment.
Adjacent to the living room is the adjoined kitchen and dining area with seating for four. Stainless steel appliances accent the surrounding wood and deep blue cabinetry, creating a perfectly efficient space without any obstacles to preparing and serving meals. The dining table would also be a fantastic game or puzzle table. A convenient door presents the opportunity to take your dining outside for those temperate Cape Cod nights. After dinner, move the party to the four chairs surrounding the nearby gas firepit and continue the festivities into the night! Surely, your petite pup will appreciate being able to enjoy time with you as well!
Back inside Sand Dollar, you can explore the remainder of the home - containing two bedrooms and the bathroom shared between them. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to make yourself at home. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and ample storage. The adjacent bathroom truly enchants with its minimalist fixtures, glass-enclosed shower stall, and seafoam green tiling.
Additional exterior amenities include the aforementioned outdoor gas firepit with seating for four, a Webber gas grill, 4 beach chairs for guests to use as well as the opportunity to download a Resort Pass ($40 for a family of 4) and spend the day at the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub) of the Bluebird, located directly across the street from this home.

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special.
