Positive: Incredible attention to detail, it was my birthday while we were there and they went above and beyond. Many places to sit and relax and enjoy the facilities Incredible shower, hot tub and bed. The staff were absolutely incredible, we couldn't have felt more attended to and welcome. They truly went over the expectations.

Negative: Somewhere off the floor to put bags as there was a huge rainstorm and the water came into the pod, this isn't usual and Felipe was so helpful in drying our things straight away so no problem.
