4BR/4BTH house located mid-island. Short drive to Surfside Beach, Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewery, and Historic Downtown. House features 2 master bedrooms each with their own on-suite bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. There is also a full bathroom located on the first floor. Plus a private outdoor shower - great for after long days at the beach! Large fully-equipped kitchen with a long island - great for get togethers and spending time with friends and family. First floor is very open. Large dining room table that seats 10+ people. Back covered porch and backyard with patio table and fun yard games. Gas-powered GRILL available on porch. Great for cooking out. Washer and dryer available in the mud room. Other amenities include tv, roku, internet, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, central A/C, and heat.

Please note that owner family members live on property, in basement apt (with separate outside entrance) and in back cottage. However they keep to themselves and you will not see much of them during your stay (unless there is anything you need!)
