Summary: EXCELLENT all around. Compares VERY favorably to our favorite resort hotels in Malaysia in ambience, comfort, uniqueness and superb staff. Food was first-rate, service to match. MANY great beaches a short drive away (esp. Punta Uva), great people, TOTALLY SAFE environment . So sorry to have to leave after 5 wonderful nights! Also do NOT miss their Spa and Massage services. Much less crowded than Pacific coast beaches - a major plus if you are not keen on "party beaches" and elbow-to-elbow hotels. We would return whenever possible. ONE negative - the additional cost for our son to stay in our "Family Suite" was overly high.
