Summary: The property is in an excellent location just off The Drive and within 5 mins walk of JBR. The apartment had a few maintenance issues but overall was very clean comfortable and excellent Value for money. The facilities and shops in the compound are great, well stocked supermarket, pharmacy and parks for kids. The only downside. Was the requirement to pay 1000 Aed upfront on arrival. Also difficult to know how to gain access to the property on checkin. Security staff on site in building 24 hrs are helpful and friendly. Overall excellent and would highly recommend if you want your own space when visiting Dubai
