120 acres of private tropical forest on the top of a mountain with majestic 360-degree views, located in Carara (district), 30 minute from Jaco Beach. A truly romantic getaway.
Contemporary, brand new house features a private pool, patio, with outdoor seating. There is a guest house next door , sleeps 2. It is cool, has fans, & full bath.
This magnificent, one-of-a-kind property includes forest hiking trails, complete with 9 waterfalls, exotic birds, monkeys, & many tropical fruit trees.
The space
The main house is brand new. There is plenty of storage and drawers in the closet for clothes and shoes. Please leave dirty shoes outside door.
Also you can pick and enjoy 5 types of lemon and lime trees ,& make lemonade. There are coconut trees & many fruit trees at your disposal. Both houses are a totally private space. You can book the main house alone or both houses. If you have more than 2 people you can book the guest house as well. Each house can accommodate 2 people. The guest house has a fully equipped new kitchenette. Also there is a new washer and dryer up stairs on the El Rancho.
Guest access
You can use the private pool and relax above the guest house at the “El Rancho” which is a beautiful covered patio with the sides open.
Other things to note
Feel free to walk down the ramp next door to & relax at the " El Rancho" which is the outdoor patio above our guest house. There is a table and chairs set up, bathroom, & sink there.
