Moose Meadows Lodge is an extraordinary luxury home that recently underwent a major renovation and continues to see annual upgrades. Poised on a hillside overlooking all of Steamboat the views from Moose Meadows are sweeping in all directions. It has 4 different living areas, a huge wrap around deck off the great room,, a nice back yard with a second deck off the Buffalo Room, a chef’s kitchen, and a plethora of beds sure to work for any group. Watch the big game or a great film in the huge Home Movie Theater featuring a 100 inch screen and surround sound. You could cue up some billiards in the ‘Buffalo Room’, which features a full bar, 25 foot ceilings, flat screen TV, fireplace, lounge furniture, and huge views of Steamboat Mountain. The main Great Room features 30 foot ceilings, a double sided huge stone fireplace, massive panoramic windows with 300 degree views, multiple lounge areas, a game/puzzle table, and a dining room table that seats 10. The kitchen, which is part of the Great Room is a chef’s dream with a full Wolf range, 4 ovens, a subzero fridge, and a massive 12 foot long island. The lodge is filled with beautiful Western art throughout and all six bedrooms are meticulously decorated. Moose Meadows Lodge is located on the hillside in between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the Mountain Village / ski area base, this beautiful home is convenient to both centers of activity! The home has parking for 6 vehicles, and the free city bus picks up and drops off within 100 yards of the home. There is also a hiking and biking trailhead about 150 yards from the home which connects to lots of other trails and loops within Rita Valentine Park (aka ‘Moose Meadows’) .
