Saltwater Serenity is in Greenway Park, a private gated subdivision that is just a short walk (.7mi) to some of the most beautiful beaches on 30A and backs up to Point Washington State Park with miles of nature trails. This luxurious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is over 2400 sq. feet with spacious rooms for all guest to relax and enjoy the comforts of upscale living.
Perfectly situated on 30A, this costal hideaway makes it easy to explore the idyllic Florida beach towns of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beach with an 18.6 mile stretch of paved bike trail just steps outside your front door. Within a few blocks is Perfect Pig, Beachy Bean Coffee, Old Florida Fish House, Kahve & Cream, Steamboat Grill and Buddy’s Seafood Market. Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can enjoy shopping, delicious food, music, and farmers’ market.
The large wraparound porch is where you can enjoy the quaint, quiet, and beautiful gated community of Greenway Park. This corner lot provides ample seating outside making this the family gathering spot after a long day at the beach. As you rock away in the oversized rocking chairs you can feel the cool breeze coming off the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can relax on the outdoor sofa while sipping a cup of Joe.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, plasticware (for little one), insulated tumblers for the pool or beach, wine glasses and more.
The dining room has a unique coastal farmhouse style with beautiful lighting like strands of pearls hovering over a large wooden dining table with seating for nine (9). The living area continues the farmhouse feel and is located just off the dining area. Guest can enjoy a plush couch and swivel arms chairs for movies or relaxing.
Of the two master suites, one is located on the first floor with King bed and huge mounted flat screen smart TV just around the corner from the kitchen. Large full bath with custom-built double vanity sinks and an extra-large walk-in marble tiled shower is attached. First floor, full laundry room with washer and dryer. Another added amenities is a fully equipped modern day “coffee bar” with Nespresso CitiZ&Milk Espresso Machine by De’Longhi, French press, standard coffee maker and built-in beverage center.
On the second floor, you will find three more bedrooms and gaming nook. Up the staircase, is a den area perfect for kids to hang out and play video games tucked away. The smart T.V. is mounted with a theater style flat screen. The first bedroom is a queen room with reading chair and glorious windows for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. The second bedroom is a fun bunk room with twin over double bunk bed and pullout twin trundle. These rooms also feature flat screen smart TVs and share a spacious full bathroom with large, tiled shower and round window to let in natural light.
The ultimate retreat is the large master suite upstairs with another King bed plus large flat screen smart TV. There is more than enough room for all your belongings with walk in closets. Enter the spa-like master bath with an oval garden tub and marbled tiled glass shower. True Paradise!
